Hey Julia!
I have recently started reading your blogs, and I am in love with them. A couple of days ago, I read your blog on desserts. Trust me when I say this, I had to rush to my kitchen to grab some cookies! Your blog was so tempting that it turned on my sweet tooth. But today I want your help with something else. The other day, Lucas (my husband) went grocery shopping, and he came back with a dozen of avocadoes. Now, I am confused about what to do with them. Can you help me out with some unique dishes with Avocadoes?
Hi Susan, Thank you so much for reading my blog. It makes me so happy to receive so much love from you all. I am sure all of us have had enough of guacamole, avocado toast, and salads. But you need not worry. I will help you with some exciting things that you can try out with avocadoes.
Why not try a fruit-flavored ice cream!
Let me start with the favorite course that completes a meal, dessert. And what makes a better dessert than ice cream? Yes, you heard me right! I am talking about avocado-flavored ice cream.

You can now move ahead from regular vanilla or chocolate ice creams and try out this fruit-flavored ice cream. The mild flavor of the fruit is perfect for playing with different toppings. The best combination for this ice cream is mint and some chocolate chips. Sounds delicious, right? Also, the texture of the fruit is simply perfect for a thick, creamy treat.
You can easily prepare your bowl of Avocado Mint chip ice cream in the comfort of your kitchen. The recipe includes six ingredients. You will need some ripe avocadoes (of course), milk, sugar (or any sweetener of your choice), cooking oil (olive/coconut oil), mint extracts, and lots of chocolate chips. You can go all experimental and try out any combination other than mint chocolate. You can add cocoa powder, or nuts, or berries, or just anything of your choice.

All you need to do now is add these ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into a blender. Blend till it turns into a smooth and creamy consistency and transfer the mixture to a pan lined with parchment paper. Top it up with loads of chocolate chips and put the pan into the refrigerator and let rest for 6 to 7 hours or overnight. Take it out the next day and serve chilled!
Simple and easy Avocado smoothie
Another thing to try with avocadoes is a simple and quick smoothie. You can make it fancier by adding chocolate and peanut butter to it. You will need ripe avocadoes, milk, a ripe banana, some creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a scoop of ice cream (optional). All you need to do is blend all the ingredients in a blender and voila! That's your avocado chocolate and peanut butter smoothie ready to be served.

You can try a bunch of other options including avocado egg rolls, avocado chocolate pudding, avocado and bacon boats, and a lot more. So, that is all about the recipes I have to share with you. I hope you will try out these recipes and if you do, comment down your favorite.
Love, Julia.
