I hope that you are doing perfectly fine. Last week, my friend Lisa bought a lovely cocktail dress from one of the leading online stores. She showed me, and I wondered if even I should’ve shopped online. But whenever I decide to shop something online, there are so many things that stop me from shopping something online. So, tell me Petrica, why do people prefer online shopping instead of going to physical stores?

I am doing wonderful babe. What about you? Well, the question that you asked me is on-point. So, I don’t know much about others, but I prefer online shopping because of numerous reasons:
1.) At times, physical stores get over-crowded. And after Covid, I found out that I get sick very easily. People do not cover their mouths when they sneeze or cough. They touch products after coughing on their hands. So, I usually avoid this. Also, there can be long waits in line, and people get in the way. And I have also observed that people do not wear masks and refuse to maintain distance. So, I prefer doing online shopping.
2.) It takes longer to shop in physical stores. You will have to get there, find your product, wait in line to check out and then get back home. It consumes a lot of time and energy too.
3.) At times, in-store shopping you get tired. And if you have medical issues; then shopping in physical stores takes a toll on your health.
4.) Sometimes, sales tax is high. So, to avoid this, I shop online.
5.) While fetching a product online, you can read reviews of products, and then get a good one. They also have better return and exchange policies compared to the physical stores.
6.) Online stores get your things delivered at home. So, you do not have to leave home and fetch your product.
