Hi Petrica!

So, here I am up with a question for you. Tell me Petrica, why is it difficult to lose weight in your 30s?
Thank you!
Misha

Hi Misha!
Thank you for much for this huge compliment. Well, losing weight in your 30s can be challenging because:
1. Metabolism slowing degrades: As we age, our metabolism keeps on slowing down naturally. This makes it harder to lose weight and burn calories.
2. There are hormonal changes: Hormonal changes in women, can make weight loss slightly difficult in women.
3. Less muscle mass can lower metabolism: As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass. This lowers our metabolism and still gain weight.
4. Poor quality of sleep: Poor sleep quality is common in your 30s and it leads to hormonal imbalances which makes losing your weight slightly difficult.
5. Stress: This is common after 30s and can lead to weight gain.
6. No physical activity: Being physically less active, can lead to weight gain.
Yes, these are big challenges. But, it is still possible to lose weight in your 30s. So, maintain a healthy lifestyle and engage in regular physical activity, manage stress, and stay consistent.
