Hi Kiara!

I hope you are doing well. You know, I had always seen my mother striking a balance between her work and personal life. She was a working mother with two children and her husband. Also, our grandparents would stay with us. And believe me, she has excellently managed household duties and her career. So, tell me, Kiara, how do working mothers find the balance between work and family life?

Regards,

Joe

Hi Joe!

I am doing great. How are you? Well, the topic that you’ve extracted has always surprised me. Striking work-life balance is always an ongoing negotiation. Yes, it might make your things tricky at times. And as working mothers, we pretend to find a balance, but we don’t.

My kids and I do our homework together. At times, we live in a mess of a household. And other times, we hang out.

Since I keep on indulging myself in loads of interesting opportunities, I sometimes work around the clock, but I will tell you, my kids are cool, and we do a lot of fun activities together.

So, I would say that the key is to put things in priority perspective and do things together such as washing dishes, and clothes, making food, cleaning home, and always putting out one day so that we can hang out together.

I hope this justifies your question, Joe.

Love,

Kiara
