          A belated happy birthday Petrica. I wanted to wish you last week, but I wasn’t keeping well. I am suffering from PCOD and hence, I couldn’t work on anything. I took medications for it, but it is not helping me much. Hence, I wanted to have a word with you. Do you know how to cure PCOD at home naturally? I am sick of taking external medications.

           Thank you so much beautiful. Well, I can totally understand what you are going through because even I had PCOD for almost around 3-4 years. But then, my sister who is a doctor shared with me something that worked like a miracle for me.

So, dear Lisa, you can get rid of PCOD only if you have a healthy lifestyle. In this generation, it is a very common problem among girls and women. Its symptoms make us miserable. Problems like mood swings, acne, hair fall, stress, irregular periods, weight gain, less flow or heavy flow, etc add a lot to PCOD. These things add more to PCOD.

Hence, the first thing you can do is accept it, and love your body and yourself.

Secondly, practice Mindfulness. It is very important. Do not take much stress. Eat something very healthy. Take proper 8 hours of sleep. Also, avoid having junk and oily foods. If you are craving to eat, eat it once a week and do a proper workout to balance it.

Try avoiding sugar because it makes your matter worse. So, you can always replace it with honey or jaggery.

Try having herbal tea in the morning, and exercise every day. You can also do pilates for about 20 minutes. Also, do exercises that focus only on your stomach area.
