QUESTION

Hi Amanda,

In honor of Earth Day, let us remember that we are all one with the earth.

On my way to my office, I saw a couple driving their car and tossing an empty packet of junk food into a trash can. Due to their speed, the packet did not make it to the trash can. Although they saw that it did not end up in the trash can, they drove away without bothering.

I hope that people get awakened to the fact that a healthy planet is healthy for us. Through your article, I request that everyone become motivated to save the planet and take action.

Thanks.

Love,

Josie!

ANSWER

Hi Josie,

I appreciate your constant focus on bettering society. Yes, I sense that. People try to pacify the earth through oaths and all that, but after a short period of time, they forget everything and continue in their wayward ways.

You know what, I don’t want to put it that way, it’s Earth Day, so be careful! It’s Earth Day every day, isn’t it? Our bodies are part of the planet. Think and act like the earth, and just be the earth because that is who you are.

We owe it to our planet to protect it after feeding thousands of generations of humanity throughout history. Almost all of them never imagined that we would have to care for our planet one day. As babies, we have to try to save mother earth.

We can’t have a good life without a healthy planet, so preserving and nurturing it is the same as aiming for it. Unfortunately, our ideas of development and economy have blinded us to this reality. To make this work, we need a more mature approach. Businesses, industries, governments, and everyone else needs to grow up. The wrong belief is that only we exist, and everything else is not.

With modern technology, resources, and capabilities, we have the ability to deal with all the fundamental issues on our planet. Our abilities as human beings today are unparalleled in human history. Inclusion consciousness is all that’s missing.

What’s imperative to remember is that when it comes to living, there is no problem if we don’t do what we can’t. However, if we don’t do what we can, we’re heading for disaster. As a generation, I hope we do not become a catastrophe.

Love,

Amanda!
