              Dear, I have been through your situation, and I can feel it very closely. So, there are many sleeping disorders, and insomnia is one such problem creating a mess in the lives of many individuals. Insomnia is a sleeping disorder in which a person cannot have adequate sleep in his life. The basic symptoms of insomnia are difficulty in sleeping and waking up early in the morning. There can be some causes of insomnia such as depression, stress, exposure to extreme light, high blood pressure, etc.

So, here are a few home remedies that have worked for me.

1.) Ending your day with a warm mug of milk and honey is one of the better natural sleep remedies.

2.) Another effective natural sleep remedy is removing digital clocks and other electronic devices that glow, like cell phones and laptops. Even if you do not wake up in the middle of the night, notifications from your smartphones or email can disrupt your sleep cycle.

3.) Try doing yoga or meditation before going to bed.

4.) You can also do journal writing before going to bed.

5.) Drinking herbal tea before going to bed is one of the best solutions. It reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and produces a deep satisfying rest.

6.) Take a hot bath before going to bed. It helps you sleep better.
